BCL::Commons™ (BioChemistry Library Commons) is an object oriented C++ programming library. The library is designed to simulate biological molecules – proteins and peptides in particular – as well as small chemicals such as therapeutics. It comprises mathematical methods to evaluate the energy of these molecules in their natural environment. BCL::Jufo is the first publicly released BCL::Commons module.

INTMAN™ (Interval Manager) is a computer-assisted alternative to traditional paper and pencil methods for collecting fixed interval time sampled observational data and runs on Pocket PC hand held computers and includes a desktop application for Microsoft Windows that is used for data analysis. OLINDA/EXM (Organ Level INternal Dose Assessment/EXponential Modeling) is a personal computer code that performs dose calculations and kinetic modeling for radiopharmaceuticals. OLINDA calculates radiation doses to different organs of the body from systemically administered radiopharmaceuticals and performs regression analysis on user-supplied biokinetic data to support such calculations for nuclear medicine drugs.
